Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Khetii.com. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. **Returns:**

   a. **Damaged or Defective Products:** If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

   b. **Incorrect Items:** If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

   c. **Unsatisfactory Products:** If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. **Refunds:**

   a. **Refund Process:** Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

   b. **Refund Timeframe:** If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

   c. **Non-Refundable Items:** Perishable goods such as fresh produce are not eligible for refunds.

3. **Return Shipping:**

   a. **Return Shipping Costs:** You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

   b. **Return Instructions:** To return an item, please email us at returns@khetii.com to request a return authorization. Once you receive the authorization, please securely package your item and ship it to the address provided.

4. **Exchanges:**

   If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at exchanges@khetii.com. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and may offer a replacement item.
